Hello Caryn. This is Elisabeth from Emilie Conrad’s Shantigar workshop (and the Continuum-inspired performance at Omega Institute that you tried to see!). I’ve finally taken a moment to visit your website and contact you so that you can add me to any e-mail list you might have to announce upcoming events and performances. I’d love to see your new piece at SomaFest in LA, but don’t think I’ll be able to make it this year. (Family schedules are tight… I have two boys, ages 4 and 7 and a husband who works at a very demanding job… Such a delicate balancing act/dance this is!) Anyway… I look forward to hearing about any NY/MA – based performances in the coming year.
Best wishes~

Hi Elisabeth,
So great to hear from you. I understand so well the delicate balancing act/dance required to meet the demands of living and artistic exploration. Hope to see you again soon and I will keep you in the loop on future activity!
